On the state of things

Most SEO and content work is done by agencies stretched across fifty accounts, with juniors on the keyboard and AI used as a shortcut rather than a system.

I spent years running marketing in-house — director across a group of six companies, dealing with what agencies were actually delivering. I built this practice to be the opposite of that. I take on a small number of clients, own the strategy myself, and make sure the right people — your team, a freelancer, or one of my systems — do the execution.
